Everything was great. These were stadium cups for my wedding reception, where I did my own design, and everything came out perfect. The quality of the shot glasses were excellent as well as the graphics. Shipping was easy, and they even shipped additional plastic cups just in case. When the koozies arrived I was really impressed with the quality. I was worried that some of the koozies would break in the mail, but they did not. When designing the koozie I really liked the freedom of design and how the site created a picture of what the glass would look like. The first thing I ordered were pens for my son's wedding. They were very reasonably priced, and came out cute. I was pleased with that order, so I ordered something else for the wedding. I ordered tote bags, which came out very nice, I found the prices on your site cheaper than any other website I have looked on. The thing I REALLY like is that I was able to use the virtual set-up, and see what the items would look like before the purchase. That was great! I ordered 144 white coffee mugs and had the Chinese character for Longevity printed on one side. My son designed the graphics and embedded Margaret Popo 95th Birthday April 7, 2009, for his grandmother's birthday party. The words printed beautifully and clearly, and the beautiful red color was perfect for happiness and good fortune. The coffee mugs were the perfect size and we were very pleased with the quality and how securely packed they were preventing breakage in shipping. Everyone was so pleased. The design team was very helpful and allowed us to preview the coffee mug before production. They made sure we were satisfied before the mugs were made and shipped. Although I knew absolutely nothing about ordering imprinted items on line, this was a super experience. I was in charge of favors for a 50th reunion celebration of our graduating class. We (finally) received approval to order coffee mugs 2 months after we requested it. This put us right before Christmas and we needed the mugs by 1/15/10. Your staff was very helpful and must have worked overtime to get the job done, in a professional and perfect manner. Also, we ordered gift boxes for the mugs that we thought would come flat pack, but they were assembled and the coffee mugs were in them! That was an unexpected and welcome bonus! I looked everywhere trying to buy these tote bags in a smaller amount but still good quality and great price. You delivered. The bags were a big hit for Xmas presents after my kids did their own decorating on them. I loved the quick communication and delivery. People have asked me where I got the tote bags and I have sent them to your website.

I was surprised how easy the process was. I called and order over the phone and Ashley was more than helpful. I received my koozies FAST and they came out AMAZING! I was so surprise because they were so cheap. Everyone loves them and when I tell them the price, they are shocked. I've already recommended this company.

Overall it was an easy to use website and ordering of product. The design studio could be a little more user friendly showing where the printing space on item is, so the centering and design can be exactly what you want. Other things to look into would be adding more clipart and font choices for designing. With that being said, I was able to find a clipart that worked for our event and am satisfied with the product, shipping time and quality for price. THANKS!

The customer service person was excellent. What is important to me is that I don't feel pressure and that the sales associate is REAL. I found that to be true on both accounts. Very helpful and patient. Product was great and arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered 50 stainless steel travel mugs. They are good quality except I noticed a few mugs have lost the bottom rubber pad. Also on the lid the chrome came delaminated from the rest of the lid. I gave the coffee travel mugs away to clients and friends and some people have told me about the defects and I have noticed them on my personal mugs. The ordering process was easy and I am happy overall.

The sports bottles we ordered were amazing! Much better than we expected!
