Shipping times do NOT include weekends or holidays. Failure to approve artwork, bad weather, or other acts of God may affect delivery times.

Damage occurs during shipping. Please include a photo of the impacted items.

Double check your invoice. Complex orders may have different in-hands (delivery) dates.

...is short count:

Double check your invoice. Perform a careful recount on large orders.

...has mistakes or errors:

Due to allowable variations within a color pallet, we cannot guarantee an EXACT color match. If you have faded or filling issue, please upload a photo. A puff print will look bloated.

...has a billing issue:

DiscountFavors.com will appear on your statement. Some vendors may do an initial authorization charge (usually $1.00) before processing the final capture.
